Instructions & Care

Laundry & Sanitization
To extend the lifetime of the product, we recommend Hand wash in warm water (40C) once a week.

For stain removal, we recommend using an eco-friendly detergent.

Lay flat or hang to dry for a few hours.

Softeners & bleaching agents should be avoided.

We usually ship orders out on the same day, and you can expect them delivered within 2-7 business days.

As far as we know, orders to the USA, EU, CA, IL are free from customs. If you're ordering from anywhere else and are unsure whether or not customs will apply to you, please contact our customer service.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.*
2. The goods aren’t used or damaged.
3. The goods are in the original packaging and never opened.
4. You have attached the receipt or proof of purchase.

*The Customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the contents of the package within 14 days timeframe.

We do not accept returns of the following items:

1. Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
2. Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
3. Goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept goods that are not in its original packaging and/or were opened
4. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Impressive masks

My wife likes the Sonomask because the straps go around the head and there is room to breathe. I like the Sonomask Pro because it is comfortable and roomy even though the straps fasten around the ears. Most masks are too small for my face and pull on my ears, but this company offers multiple sizes. Best masks we've purchased, and we have several brands and types.
