We usually ship orders out within 36 hours, and you can expect them delivered within 1-3 business days.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.*
2. The goods aren’t used or damaged.
3. The goods are in the original packaging and never opened.
4. You have attached the receipt or proof of purchase.

*The Customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the contents of the package within 14 days time frame.

We do not accept returns of the following items

1. Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
2. Goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept goods that are not in its original packaging and/or were opened.
3. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
4. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Aura Air Products Return Policy

We understand, that sometimes a purchase is not what you imagined it would be. Not to worry, We accept returns as long as an item is still unused, in its original condition, and in its original package, within 14 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection. Returns are subject to the rules below including rules around fair use. If you need to return your Aura Air device within the specified 14 days, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method minus the shipping fee for the return. We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. We strive to provide your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned and approved Aura Package.

Need to return a faulty or incorrect item?

We aim to maintain your satisfaction by sticking to a 7-day timeframe to classify a device as malfunctioned (from the initial reach-out). Once the problem is identified we will send out a new order within 21 business days so you can continue enjoying your pure air.
